At Keep Pensacola Beautiful, we believe that the quality of life in Escambia County is dependent on our ability to preserve and enhance our environment
KEEP PENSACOLA BEAUTIFUL was formed by a group of concerned citizens in 1978 who took initiative to be involved in their community. We were officially chartered as a non-profit in April 1979. Originally called Pensacola-Escambia Clean Community Commission and then Clean & Green, we have established, maintained and promoted many community beautification programs.
Keep Pensacola Beautiful operates with a volunteer Board of Directors, one full-time Executive Director, two part-time office staff members, two part-time community service supervisors, and a large volunteer workforce! We are a permanent presence throughout the community and are proud to be celebrating 39 years of service to Escambia County and its residents.
Keep Pensacola Beautiful recently earned the Platinum GuideStar Nonprofit Profile participation level! This leading symbol of nonprofit transparency and accountability is presented by GuideStar, the world’s largest source of nonprofit information. On our non-profit profile, you have full access to our tax returns, our programs, our mission, and more.
